Membership Agreement

Article 1 (Application of terms and conditions)

MegaTech Car (hereinafter referred to as "MegaTech") is a membership system for individual customers.
 

Article 2 (Membership Qualifications)

Applicants must apply for membership after approving these membership terms and conditions, rental terms and conditions separately established by the Company, various fee schedules, and other terms and conditions established by the Company.
Those who can apply for membership are limited to those who have a mailing address within Japan.
The Company will conduct a prescribed examination of the application, and individuals who have been approved for membership will become members.
 

Article 3 (Changes to notification matters)

If there is a change in the name, address, telephone number, driver's license information, etc. that the member has submitted to the Company, the member must immediately notify the Company according to the procedures prescribed by the Company.
If notices, documents, or other documents from the Company are delayed or do not arrive due to failure or incompleteness of the notification in the preceding paragraph, they will be deemed to have arrived at the member when they should normally have arrived. .
In this case, the Company will not be held responsible for any disadvantage caused to the member.
 

Article 4 (Update)

Membership is valid for one year from the date of membership, but will automatically renew unless otherwise requested. Please note that if you do not use the service for one year, you may be removed from the membership list.
 

Article 5 (Withdrawal)

If a member wishes to withdraw from membership, he/she must follow the prescribed withdrawal procedures. If you have unpaid debts to us, you will be required to pay them in full at the time of withdrawal.
If a member falls under any of the following items, or if the Company deems the member to be inappropriate as a member, the Company may cancel membership without any notice or demand.

2. If there is a significant change in the credit status of the member

3. If the member violates the identity verification matters or the rental terms and conditions

4. If there is no use for one year

5. In other cases where our company deems it inappropriate.

Article 6 (Handling of personal information)

Members agree that our company may acquire and use their personal information for the following purposes.

1. Personal information to be acquired
   Information reported by members when applying for membership, reporting changes, etc.
   Usage status of services provided by MegaTech (including rental contract details).

• b) Provision of services to members and member management.

• b) Information regarding products and services handled by MegaTech, various events, campaigns, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "MegaTech products, etc.") by sending promotional materials, telephone calls, e-mails, etc.

• c) Market research regarding MegaTech products, planning and development of products, etc.

• D) Questionnaire surveys to consider planning and development of MegaTech's products, etc., and measures to improve customer satisfaction.

• e) Sending advertising materials, etc. regarding the products, services, etc. of MegaTech's affiliated companies, etc., on commission from such companies.

• F) Preparation of materials for MegaTech's business analysis, etc.

• g) Disclosure based on laws and regulations.
   

Members must take measures to protect personal information when our company outsources our company's affairs (computer affairs, payment settlement affairs, customer management, customer inquiry response, etc.) to a third party. I agree to entrust the personal information collected pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this article to the outsourcing company.
Members may request the Company for the use stipulated in Paragraph 1 (b) to (e) and for disclosure of personal information about themselves, and in the unlikely event that the personal information held by the Company is inaccurate or incorrect. If this is discovered, our company will promptly correct or delete the information.
For inquiries regarding the disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of personal information, suspension of use/provision, and other opinions, please contact our company's contact point below. Please note that we may record the contents of documents and phone calls related to your inquiry.
